Spencer-Virnoche, Inc. was founded in 1955 as Howard Spencer & Associates by Howard Spencer, Sr. The company was renamed Spencer-Virnoche, Inc. in 1989 with Robert Virnoche and Howard Spencer, Jr. as its senior officers. In 2003, Robert Virnoche retired and his son Jeffrey Virnoche purchased his father’s ownership in the company, continuing the legacy of over 60 years of family ownership.
